Review summary

Fun 5 night cruise! Party type atmosphere. Love the diversity of the cruisers, many nationalities, ages from 20 somethings to seniors . Not a lot of small kids. A plus for me. My second time on the Sky but prefer the larger, more modern ships so I probably won't sail her again.

Best embarkation ever!! Literally just showed ID and walked on the ship by our 1pm check in time ! After my nightmare last fall In NYC with MSC this was a relief!

Food and Dining

After sailing the Escape & Joy. Sadly, the Sky just can't compete. However, nothing bad, just not a lot of variety. Daily soups were delicious, but we never got to hit up the Local Bar as only open at 5 pm and was out of the way. Loved the red bubbly on tap at the bar. Add a shot of vodka to it for a stronger beverage

Pools love how deep they are !! And warm !! Found poolside seats each time.

Comedy show 18+ was funny Elimination talent show with Motown hits was cool due to the audience participation Karaoke was silly as usual

My steward was amazing. Friendly and helpful. Miss the nightly turn down Dining room wait staff were pretty blah didn't have much personality but did serve us well. .bar tenders seemed over worked had to wait quite a bit for drinks

Ship Quality

Older small ship yet clean and comfortable. Second time sailing her. Probably won't sail again unless it was an amazing itinerary. .

Cabin / Stateroom

Old ship, so cabin is small and outdated. But by using organization, we made it work for two female friends in the room. Enough storage for the both of us. Need to mount tvs on the room. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, the shower got hot, and water pressure was strong. Bed was comfortable.
