First of all, I have to thank Sherri Pimental at for her endless hours of EXCEPTIONAL customer Service working with our available vacation dates locating an Alaskan Cruise for our family of five (which included my 91 year old Mom). Sherri is professional, warm, kind, answers and finds answers to every one of our questions about cruising! She is FIRST RATE and the Cruise Expert everyone should use to book their next cruise! No question is too small to ask her, and she always goes the EXTRA MILE and more treating us (her customers) with TLC (tender, loving , care). Once again, this being our second cruise we've booked with Sherri, we just can't thank her enough! We'll try! Sherri, our HEARTFELT thanks to you for EVERYTHING, every minute you spent with us - insuring we had peace of mind heading into our Alaskan cruise with my Mom. You were right that we'd all have a great time! Mom surely agrees. She, too, thoroughly enjoyed the cruise and loved each and every destination. Her comment, "Each destination was like a dream!" Sherri found us the perfect Alaskan Cruise. Our only disappointment came with the crew members on the ship (not Sherri); the Pearl Crew were not welcoming, friendly, or knowledgeable about the ship and events. There was much miscommunication that went on between crew members and guest services (this was echoed by all guests which we met). All guests also noted how the food on the ship was terrible (the worst cruise ship food they had had, especially within the Norwegian lines). Shore excursions (through and the ship) were highlights! Glacier Bay was incredibly stunning! Thank you Sherri for finding us such a fantastic cruise!!

The food in the Main dining room was terrible the service terrible waited 45 minutes for coffee and I had to get it myself..Entertainment singing was very bad off key plus the starlight was hot.

This was an amazing cruise. Ports of call were absolutely beautiful. Staff on ship were great! I would highly recommend this cruise!

I thought 7 days was too long for a cruise. I was wrong! The best 7 days, from open bar, friendly staff AWESOME ENTERTAINMENT.I will sail with them again.

My first cruise. I guess I expected more things on board that did not cost, like playing 3 games of bingo was 49.00, getting a bath treatment was 169.00. Pictures were very expensive, I guess these all have to make a living also, but with it being my first cruise, I was caught unaware of all the extras you had to pay to get.

The ports we visited were excellent. The food was mostly good except for no Coke products. Wine selection was nice and the fact that we could save 1/2 bottle for another night made it more affordable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms were nice and didn't feel too cramped. Would have liked 1 more seat in the cabin altho it would have been hard to fit it.

The boat is older, but having been refurbished recently, it is very nice. We loved the layout of the room and the bathroom. The stateroom steward was awesome, as well as the rest of the staff. Everyone was very nice and always had a smile :) The only complaint was the food...mainly the buffet. It was way too cramped and it was very difficult to find a place a sit. We ate in the dining room most days. That food was a little better. We didn't love the dessert choices either. That was my only complaint all week though. The cruise to Alaska and up Glacier Bay was one of the best my husband and I have ever taken. I would recommend it to anyone, on this, or any other boat!!! Breathtaking views and amazing tours offered. Just a fantastic time!

Excellent service, always felt welcomed. Disappointment with disembarkment because NCL misplaced (lost) luggage, which contained medical CPAP and presents for grandchildren. Luggage was later delivered to Hawaii residence.

We had cruised to Alaska twice before but in much warmer weather, the cold and rain made things a bit unpleasant and we missed some of the excursion inclusions because of the weather. The trip itself is great, loved the smaller ship

Going to Alaska with Grown Children and getting the Ultimate Beverage Package is a must. We all had a great time and didn’t have to worry about anything. The food was great at all the dinning areas. We particularly enjoyed O’Sheehans because of the laid back atmosphere. We fortunately had perfect sunny weather all the days and the ports of call were fabulous. We went in May and brought too many warm clothes, not enough regular clothes. Highlights were Tram in Juneau and hiking to Cross, Train in Skagway, Seaplane in Ketchikan and the Glaciers in Glacier Bay (not all ships allowed in there).

Overall, the ship staff were not that friendly. Our stateroom stewart was great!

Most of the time spent on sea rather any port limiting to few hours of sight seeing. One of the worst nightmares is SPA SERVICE. We bought expensive SPA packages for our two teen kids and both got fungal infections after second day thermal spa on separate sessions. Went to SPA staff and they were very rude and not at all bothered to take a look at the issue. Directed us to medical services who demanded to pay us $140 for just inspection per person. This brings to attention that MEDICAL SERVICES AND SPA IS LOOT on this cruise. Cruise staff need to be responsible to whatever happens on cruise services. Fungal infections occur due to uncleanness inside SPA especially toweling. We went back and forth to SPA and Medical staff and no one bothered to take care of us. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. What would happen if any serious medical issue happens? We end up paying huge amounts...Very disappointed. Full of unhygienic conditions.

Overall trip is ok, the buffet could be better and morning/earlier arrival at Victoria would be better.

My sister and I planned this cruise for nearly a year and frankly it was an epic fail! The ship was a huge disappointment. Food was bland. Water had to be purchased onboard only. Alcoholic drinks LACKED ANY ALCOHOL! TV had the same programs over and over. BEDS were horribly uncomfortable - I had a backache the entire cruise. Our cabin had a dangerous step up into the bathroom that I tripped over and nearly cracked my head on the sink - the warning on the door was so small as to be useless. Some of the staff were terribly rude. We even overheard one gentleman telling a group not to judge Norwegian by this particular cruise ship - well who is responsible if not Norwegian? I've cruised before and I'll probably cruise again, but NEVER WITH NCL!!!

This is one cruise everyone should do once in their lives. I did not take any excursions, but many wonderful opportunities exist. Everyone should see a glacier at least once.

We were not sure how we would respond to being on a ship for 21 days but we absolutely loved it. It was long enough for us to find out that we just enjoy cruising and the days at sea were as good and maybe even better for us than the ports. It is just so nice to simply choose each day what you want to do or not do and there was so much to choose from. Will definitely do something like this again.

Nice clean ship. Good food. Decent route. Would recommend. Good value. Casino sucks. They've modified the games to make sure you have no chance of winning at all. Don't bother.

Overall the cruise was great. I'm sure we will be booking another cruise in the near future. Beth Castle will be the person we call o also. She was great to deal with.
