Review summary

Excellent service, always felt welcomed. Disappointment with disembarkment because NCL misplaced (lost) luggage, which contained medical CPAP and presents for grandchildren. Luggage was later delivered to Hawaii residence.

Glad it was found. NCL does a much better join than airlines, once ours was lost but we found it mixed with different color tags. We always carry a small luggage with all electronics and valuables. Carried our luggage off once, never again! Glad your had a good cruise!
