Had drink package, but hard to get a waiter to order a drink

Bathrooms have been redesigned to give more space in the shower, but at the expense of the toilet and sink areas. No room to move, Closet space also reduced.

did the Venice excursion with the gondola. Unfortunately it rained, which caused flooding. Gondola operators were rude and couldn't be bothered. Norwegian misrepresents the distances &/or steps involved. They stated 2 kilometers, it was over 5 miles.

Took a Norwegian excursion which left us in the middle of the mountain, with the ONLY way back to the ship being to climb the rest of the mountain to the cable car, It took a combined 2 hours just to get to the cable car! NEVER AGAIN.
