Review summary

We had an amazing time and great weather. Would have preferred the staff offer options to wake us up for northern lights - there were none on our cruise. Glacier Bay was incredible - but we were the only ship that got back to see the John Hopkins glacier which made that day. I would have been disappointed if we didn't see that glacier. Sounds like we got lucky! Would do this again in a heartbeat!

Mendenhall whale watching was awesome! Try to get an up close visit to the glacier and enormous waterfall.

Lake too shy and emeral lake off the yukon highway are amazing. Train ride was fun Bus driver would not shut up and took forever to get to caribou crossing - not enough time with the dogs and petting farm.

Beautiful city!! Do NOT see the garden at night. It is not well lit. The garden is wheelchair accessible, but only if you don't mind hills.
