Review summary

An excellent experience overall. As a European guest, my cruise fell into the Premium All Inclusive package, and it was perfect. No worrying about food, drink or tips all week. Everything was included, and it made for a stress free trip. The itinerary was fabulous, especially as our trip featured Glacier Bay, which was a real highlight for the trip. Staff always friendly and helpful (with the exception of our rather lacklustre Stateroom Steward, but we didn't let him spoil things!) The ship is clean and well maintained, and a wonderful size. Plenty of activities to keep us busy, always well fed and plenty of delicious cocktails to try! We would definitely choose Norwegian again, especially their Jewel Class ships (as the size is perfect for us- we don't like the look of the bigger ships) as Freestyle is perfect for us seeking a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
