7 Night Alaska Glacier Bay (Seattle Roundtrip)
Sail Date: June 07, 2015
Ship: Norwegian Pearl
Cabin Type: Balcony
Cabin Number: 10618
Traveled As: Family (older children)

Boarding process could be improved - boarders were shuttled to the center elevators of the ship where the wait was over 5 minutes.  As we waited patiently for our turn to board, it became very crowded with new passengers continuously pushing into earlier boarders already waiting for the elevator - people were extremely pushy and rude.  We gave up and ended up walking up three flights because it was just too crowded and the wait was too long.  There should be staff at the center elevators during the initial boarding process who could direct passengers to also use the bow and aft elevators.

Our housekeeper was great - he played a large part in making our stay memorable. He was polite, very friendly and professional and just made us feel comfortable, looked after/taken care of.

After the on shore excursion, would have liked to have had more time to explore the town.

Did not get off the ship - only 2 on shore excursions offered. Should have had more time.
