While I know a lot of people like the various games, I miss the shows they used to have.

Not a first class ship, to big and no regulated children

Was ok beside the lack of shows and stub. Seemed like there was not much more then bar hoping and eat honestly. Had Bingo and stuff but thats minute stuff

Out of over 30 lifetime cruises, this one is the worst. Dirty ship, bad food, limited activities although entertainment is good. No turndown service so cabin is always a mess, dirty when we got on the ship dirty when we got off. There are better choices. This is a nice ship short of staff and Freestyle means long lines for everything. The buffet has little variety that doesnt change daily, to go to the dining rooms outside of 5:30 you wait 25 min for a beeper and 45 minutes to be seated. You are always packed like sardines what ever you do on the ship.

The cruise was ok. The not a laugh a minute like some cruises I have been on. The staff (besides the bartenders) didn't seem very friendly. Guest services was a pain - you had to go back multiple times to get something handled. Tried to get tickets for Element on the first night (tried before the cruise when they first came out) and were told it was sold out. Thats the only show on the ship.

Could not have asked for a better first cruise. If the weather had been better it would have been perfect. Enjoyed the whole trip. Staff, food, cleanliness, getting on and off the boat well organized. Lots of walking, but I will be in better shape next time. The boat

They mean a sleep Bermuda early because he was a storm coming in and took us right through the storm. It was horrible. We lost the whole night. We lost the day in Bermuda. We paid a lot of money just to sit on the ship for four days. There were too many rules. The rooms were too small. The bathroom was small. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The staff was so friendly. You couldn’t get dining reservations anywhere. You couldn’t get into shows . They couldn’t accommodate the amount of people on the cruise.

Our cruise was excellent. Just note during spring break time there will be lots of families with their younger kids and teens. That was my fault for booking during that time. My biggest issue was some parents letting their children run around doing cartwheels, tumbling and overall not being supervised. The crew is not there to babysit unless you bring children to day care. Besides the above, the cruise was excellent. We wanted to get away to warmer climate and it was certainly warm. Over favorite port, Harvest Caye is amazing. Lounging in the pool and enjoying cold adult beverages while soaking up the sun. Doesn’t get any better. Beware though, you must have cash or credit card when purchasing food, drinks, or gifts on Harvest Caye. Yes, the information was given to guests prior to going ashore. We have two more cruises scheduled on Norwegian and can not wait to see other parts of the Caribbean area

Overall a good cruise. The NCL Joy was well maintained and the Ports we visited were beautiful. We had excellent weather.

The cruise was enjoyable. Ports were very nice, but Costa Maya was not a good experience.

Ship was nice. Easy to navigate. Crew were good. Food got boring after a while. Frozen/mixed drinks seemed weak. Crowd was older.

Liked NCL overall with few minor gripes. Good itinerary for folks just looking to go to some sunny spots and a change of scenery. Joy has removed some kid friendly activities and also truncated the size of the observation lounge to add more cabins (revenue), which was disappointing.

I have caused Carnival, Royal Caribbean, MSC, and now NCL, just wanted to try a new cruise line to see if I liked it, well I didn't. I did not expect to work my way for dinner, at least on Royal we had set times and once there we were taken to our table, no fuss, no reservations, I'm on vacation and wanted to enjoy my time. NCL does not communicate or share information well, I felt I was in the dark, this was my first time with NCL, maybe they have so many repeat customers they felt no need to inform us.

First time on NCL...Previously sailed on 14 other cruises...Ship was ok-good...I prefer the Promenade on RCL....Food taste just a tick above RCL (Which is just ok)...Presentation of food was brutal...Free Style Dining with no reservations is brutal...You get to wait up to an hour for a table...Wait staff were excellent...Although service can be slow...Seem like they are VERY short staffed....

Overall, good cruise but they have to do better with the complementary main dinning food taste.

Excellent time. Great Entertainment. Loved the Cruise.

Nothing spectacular. First cruise we’ve ever been on that only had one feature act on the main stage. And it only played twice, both times no seating.
