Review summary

The cruise was ok. The not a laugh a minute like some cruises I have been on. The staff (besides the bartenders) didn't seem very friendly. Guest services was a pain - you had to go back multiple times to get something handled. Tried to get tickets for Element on the first night (tried before the cruise when they first came out) and were told it was sold out. Thats the only show on the ship.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Easy - the staff was clear and the lines moved fast.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was great - the drinks were great. It would be good if there weren't so many uncharge restaurants. The only real included food was the main dining room, the local and America Diner.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Hot tubs - aka warm tubs Behind the scenes tour is a must do! Super fun!

Entertainment

Shows - tried to see shows but couldn't get in. Tried to get tickets before the cruise when they went on sale - sold out. On the ship - sold out. Comedians were AMAZING!
