We really enjoyed our time onboard. Even with a packed ship service was consistently excellent.

Parking lot process is a bit wonky but at least garage is right by the terminal. Baggage drop was easy and checkin was fast.

The main dining room was excellent each night we went and service was quick and friendly. We were last on the Jade 6 months prior and found both a huge step forward. Highlights included sirloin medallions, prime rib, and the best salmon I have had in a long time. Specialty restaurants offered a nice step up for an elevated experience (venues reviewed separately). The local was convenient, fast, and good. Buffet was meh however not much need with the other available options.

Service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious 🤤 Filet was perfectly cooked and sides were spot on.
The Local Bar & Grill

Service was always quick and friendly. Food was a nice step up from the buffet and much less hectic. Bar staff was good.

Ambiance was very sophisticated and combined with the service offered a nice step up experience. Food was delicious.
Onboard Activities

Racetrack experience was well worth the $15. Truly fun and unique. Casino staff friendly and plenty of tables and slots.
Entertainment

The Beatles shows were some of the best performances we have seen at sea. Make sure to arrive early to the Cavern Club as the venue is small but the ambiance is amazing! Elements was fun and creative. There were some great game shows hosted by the Cruise Director and Assistant Cruise Director that were highly entertaining; however the Atrium was cramped and sound not always great. Get there early if you want the best experience.

Super friendly everywhere we went and even though the ship was over capacity (we sailed with around 4400 passengers), we never had slow service in venues.

Super clean everywhere, well maintained, and sophisticated in design. Some spaces like the Atrium could have been laid out better but not a huge problem.
Cabin / Stateroom

Clean, good balcony space, comfortable bed, good size shower, lots of storage space, and good tv options for quiet times.
