Review summary

First time on a Norwegian cruse and was a bit disappointing...I'm disabled and was not warned when I booked that there was going to be a lot of walking to get to elevators. I was using a walker and could not use the stairs. Felt there were not enough daytime activities as other cruse lines and the evening entertainment was good but not enough. Also I have to add, it was worst drink service in public areas I've ever experienced on a cruise!

Very good shows but not enough...only two big shows

Children's Programs

Did have children

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Bar Service was very poor...not enough waiters...waited 45 min in casino to get a drink..since most cruse deals include free drinks, they differently need more wait staff

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Very modern and clean. Did not like that there were only two elevator banks ( at each end of ship, non in middle) which made a midship room not so cool...lots of walking. Also the bathrooms were located by the elevators so again there was alot of walking.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The bathroom was AWSOME!..the room itself was a little crimped for 3 ladies

Ship tip

Lots of space for peace and quite.

Our cabin location is very important to us. My husband has difficulty walking long distances so we always pick our cabin close to elevator. Did you not pick your own cabin?
