First time with NCL, don’t think I will cruise with them again. Disappointed with the quality of the food and the service in most of the restaurants. Did like the reservation system they used. Very easy and simple.
I did love the Observatory Lounge and the entertainment.
Really disappointed with the cleanliness of the restrooms, especially after the Joy had returned twice in the month or so before will issues of possible illnesses. I saw it on the news.
Maybe if I did a bit more research and paid more for a higher level cabin my experience might have been better.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Cagney’s was excellent and also enjoyed Q. Would not choose La Cucina if I was to sail with NCL again. So two out of the three specialty restaurants we picked would get five stars. Enjoyed Savor and Taste more so compared to Manhattan. Bartenders seemed overworked and needed more help but overall not bad.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Spent time in the casino but didn’t like the lay-out of it. The machines are new and have great screens.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Shows were great. . Loved the Beatles on the last night. Five stars for Clint, the comedian, three stars for the female comedian who opened the show.
Children's Programs
No children in our group.
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Disappointed with the service in the majority of the restaurants. No complaints about Cagney’s but the rest of the restaurants the servers were not the best.
Room steward Renato was very nice and did a great job.
Ship Quality
1 out of 5
Giving this a one star because the restrooms on board were dirty, no paper towels, no hot water and trash when I did use them (only twice) all over the floors. I would go back to the cabin instead of the restrooms after trying twice.
The rest of the ship was above average for cleanliness.
Cabin / Stateroom

A mini-balcony suite with a large bathroom. Towels were quite nice. Cabin was clean, balcony was small but adequate.
