Latitude members are supposed to get priority embarkation. With thousands of people, it was not the best organization I have seen. After so many years of experience you think Norwegian should have this process right but they do not.

Please work on the embarkation and disembarkation process. It was not good at all!
Chose the excursion to Pristine Bay Resort. It was a fiasco! Nothing was included and the resort has so many biting ants. I am covered in bites. Spent the remaining part of the cruise itching all over.
The computer systems on the boat failed and no one could leave for good 3 hours. Had made arrangements for transfers but had to take a taxi to rush to the airport.
Everyone sailing Norwegian are Latitude members. It's not until you reach a certain level or sail in a suite/Haven that you get priority boarding and disembarkation. Maybe that's part of the confusion.
