Relaxing, did what we wanted to . If we wanted to see a show at the atrium we did or just walked by. The same goes for all the other activities. Service all around was exceptional. Only down side was the medical bill I received after I got sick. I did take out insurance.

Wow being concierge is so worth it. My husband was very nervous about it but in the end couldn’t believe the service. The embarkation was smooth. Quick

Entertainment

Enjoyed most of the entertainment. Wish they had Burn the Floor instead of Elements. Tried leaving the show but were stuck in our seats. Mike Paramore the comedian was great. Too bad we got to see him at the end of his residency. The Beatles were wonderful. Not a fan of the later music but I did become one after their show.
Service and Staff

Joseph, Donny, Sylvia and all the others at LaCucina words can’t not explain how wonderful the were. We were concierge so we had breakfas, almost everyday, there. The menu seemed the same for lunch, but if it was read through, you would notice the changes. Lunch we did all over. Never ate at the Garden Cafe. Passengers were rude, disrespectfu, like they were the only ones on the ship. Johnny at the juice bar was very accommodating. Maria the Maitre D excellent
Went on a tour of the ruins, near the end got caught in a big storm. Bring rain gear. We were not prepared. Port area was beautiful. If we weren’t wet we would have hung out. By the time we got back on the ship and changed. The walk back would have been too long and we would have not have had time to enjoy before all onboard
Was great having concierge. Went through the service elevator. Only problem was the security system went down and no one was able to disembark. Oh well not going to let that ruin a GREAT trip.
I completely agree about rude, entitled, whining passengers. It seems to be getting worse all the time! I always wonder how people can find so much to bitch about when they’re on vacation!!!
