Our experience with Norwegian Joy was very good we felt it was money well spent we had an enjoyable time and its what you make of it yourself. Be organised and dont expect things to be done for you. Do your research so you know what to expect and be flexiable. The staff on the cruise were great throughout and worked their butts off. They should not be abused like some people did. We already booked our next cruise.

We only used the main dining room and the buffets all were of an excellent standard there was enough choice for use during the seven days. We thought the specialty resturants were overpriced.
Onboard Activities

Took part in the speedway it was great. I used the fitness center many times and lots of equipment to use and all of an excellent make and standard.
Entertainment

Went to shows Footloose and Elements and both entertaining. In the Atrium Arvin was brilliant. The musicians were great.

Our steward maintained our cabin to the highest order nothing was difficult. Throughout the ship all the waiters cleaners were helpful and carried out a thankless task.

Toilets,corridors common areas were were kept clean and tidy at all times. It was easy to navigate the ship if in doubt there was a touch screen to assist.
Cabin / Stateroom

There was plenty of storage we did not use it all. Bathroom was large and again enough storage for everything. Bed was comfortable and I always have an issue with pillows not this time. For the length of time in the cabin it was great.
Went to Mendenhall glacier and the Roberts Tramway for our excursion it was fine. The guide was great. Cloud cover on our visit to Roberts but thats life. Busy with all the cruisers there at the same time but thats expected
Not a great deal to see here but we did go on the white pass railway and back. The town was like going back in time. Nothing much to see from our point of view.
No excursion done. We visited the mini village, china town Empress Hotel and the Government building we did not have time to go the gardens it was too far away. Pleasant town.
Thank-you for giving a review on the main dining! Most people eat at the speciality restaurants and don't review the main. We plan to eat at the included dining due to the cost of the speciality restaurants.
