Take your time learning your way around, it's very confusing! Be patient, a lot of people in a small space. The buffet was a zoo!

Get you visa on line. Do not go thru Norwegian. You need an electronic visa for Australia. I was notified two days before I was leaving. Between the emails and phone calls, I did what they said and went they visa central in ncl site. Could have done is myself for $20 aud dollars. Paid $50 USA each. Use cita or Edt. My travel person left after I booked this in Jan and my new person was unaware.

Be sure to check out the Specialty restaurants. So good! Cagney’s was our favorite.

If you go the wrong way you still end up at your room because you are just taking the long way. Always take advantage of the outside pool party, they have kinds of food. It is mid-size ship so everything wad easy to to navigate.

None, no tip about this ship, everything was below average. I am at a GOLD status with Norwegian, I cruise with them many times in the past, but no more, I am done. This is the LAST TIME I cruise with Norwegian cruise line!!!

Enjoy the cruise. If there is a problem, report it and let them get it fixed. Be patient and have fun!

Do not eat in Pub as we were served uncooked raw fish at lunch for the fish and chip lunch and many people complained about the archichoke dip.I might mention it was the couple we were travelling with that was served raw fish after I recommended we eat there as we travelled on Star last year and that was one of favourite lunch places to eat.

Go around and learn what's available on the ship. Engage crewmembers in conversation -- most of them enjoy that, and they appreciate being recognized for their efforts. As for specialty restaurants, those are worth a one-time try, but I'm not a big fan anymore because the quality of food has gone down over the years. I think NCL's cost-cutting measures have gone too far!!!

Seating is often scarce in Garden Cafe, go earlier or later during scheduled meal times!

This cruise was complementary of Norwegian and I was responsible for the taxes. (not sure what I did to earn it but was appreciated to the fullest)
