All the lower staff were great, higher ups would not care, Food, beverage, concierge managers could not care.

Could be summarized as " money grabbing, management would not two shits about the passengers"

They knew they were not going to go to Nicaragua, but still sold excursions. Ports were in t cargo ports away from everything. Unless you took one of their excursions you got stuck on the ship.
