Review summary

Ship was to leave at 5 it was past Midnight before we left. We were told because it was a long cruise with too much to load but surely NCL has had long cruises and are experienced! We could have had more time in Vancouver! We were told embarkation was carried out by BC authorities and not NCL. 3 hour wait not unacceptable!

Took 3 hours to embark on BC... Worse one for us

Neighbors didn't want our balcony light on past 8 because they slept with curtains open and said we were disturbing them! Who sleeps at 8 on a cruise? yes

Ship tip

Be patient... Dining in Tsar's or Azura regardless of meal takes over an hour

Quick disembarkation and had a free shuttle to metro. Even with luggage we were able to get to Shinjuku relatively easy
