Review summary

Disappointed terribly with NCL. I was provided wrong information by the company at the time of booking. I lost my money and my kids are very sad about missing a long awaited holiday. Never recommended Norwegian in the future!

I booked this cruise to travel with my wife and 2 kids. I was provided wrong information at the time of booking and not allowed to board. We lost money as well had our dreams of a nice holiday were destroyed. We saw at least 3 other families apart from ourselves in the same predicament at the pier. Looks like this is a regular practice for NCL. I will share this with everyone I know and make everyone aware of their unethical practices.

Probably didn’t have proper documentation. Too vague and just wants to blame the cruise line. Due your homework and verify everything and you don’t get turned away. Also, buy insurance!

Maybe he didn't have passports for his family or original birth certificates. I even got passports for my grandchildren so family vacations wouldn't be a problem

Never used a travel agent .. never had a prob we travel from Australia fly, cruises, trains , transfers, hotels .. no prob 🍹😎👌

It appears to be an Alaskan cruise from Seattle. I'm assuming it's related to documention, but that's just a guess on my part.

This is why it's good to use a travel agent I guess. Someone who knows the cruise lines and how they operate who can step in and negotiate on your behalf. Was it related to the hurricanes?
