Review summary

This was an anniversary trip and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was wonderful until the end and don't understand the charges. Was surprised with all the jewelry sales and the attitude of the lady and gentlemen when your not interested in the jewelry wasn't pleasant.

We checked our balance the night before about our balance and we were in the black. During disembarkation they took my husband's passport saying we owed money. Not where those charges came from.

I look at my charges daily. That way you can take care of mistakes BEFORE the last say when the lines are a mile long and patience is short!

They should have itemised your bill so you can see what you had or were there additional gratuities on there maybe? Had you pre-paid your tips?
