Review summary

All in all, we loved the Norwegian Alaska cruise. The ship was a bit dated but well kept. The staff on the ship was excellent. Food was great. Lots of fun activities on the ship. Ports were scenic and fun. Well organized cruise. Put more alcohol in your drinks and we'll return.

The food was good. Specialty restaurants were excellent. I do have one complaint. We bought the unlimited drinks package. The drinks were so watered down, it was disappointing.

Even though it seemed like an older ship, it was well maintained and clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was spacious but had a dated feel. Bed was comfortable. We appreciated the coffee maker. The room could have had less colorful, velvety things (drapes color, for example) and be more chic in decor. Bathroom tub was old and worn out giving the impression of not being clean. Balcony furniture was great. Temperature controls in the room were amazingly effective.
