Review summary

We had a great family trip on our Norwegian Cruise. There were many events for all ages at all times available. If you had nothing to do or were bored, it had to be your own fault. Entertainment was great.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Our housekeeping staff was amazing but the overall service from waiters/bartenders/etc could use a major upgrade. Especially with an 18% automatic gratuity tacked on. They should have had to earn it. I would have only tipped above 10% or 15% on a few occasions. That's how bad the service was and coming from an ex-waitress/ex-bartender. However, shout out to the ones that did deserve the 18% and more!
