Review summary

BrendaEverything was absolutely perfect from the booking of the cruise to the final disembarkment. The staff on the ship was awesome very helpful and always upbeat and happy to see you! The room was very clean and our steward was amazing!

Would highly recommend Norwegian Jewel!

Did not care for the buffet. There was a bad smell, but later we decided it was the sea food section. The smell did not sit well with us , but we did try it one other time and experienced was the same so we just never ate the buffet after that.

It was great! Our steward was amazing!

Ship tip

Sometimes it can be confusing as to what direction is the front (bow) of the ship. All you have to do is look at the fish pattern on the floor. The fish are always swimming towards the front (bow) of the ship! Very helpful!

We booked our excursion at Skagway with crusies.com we wanted to do more than just ride the train or bus to Canada. I found where you can actually bike the 15 miles from Frasier, Canada back to Skagway, Alaska. It was awesome! The guides we're amazing this was one of the highlights of our trip!
