Review summary

Stateroom wasn't setup for the required amount of people as stated. Family of 4. Guest Services treated me like it was my fault. They offered me a second room but would charge me more, even though this room stated a family size and beds for everyone. After 6 hours on board they finally came to the room to see the setup. Apologized and gave chocolate strawberries and bottle of wine for the mistake. But the second room was on another floor and completely other side. Wanted to split up family one child and adult per each room. A joke. After 3 nights of no sleep miserable with sleeping arrangements and hitting leg against table and wall due to pushing bed against wall and putting up the popup bed next to bed it was wall to wall bed and bunk right over top and table on side blocking u front getting up properly. Or popup blocking bathroom and door for emergencies or fire hazard was what they had for our room. Head manager suggested putting child on floor. Why did I have to pay for a child to sleep on floor or sleep with us all week in my bed!  Stated in was full and nothing they can do. But later that night on 4th night was offered a room big enough for a family of 4. They said they had nothing for us. Amazing they did have another room but wouldn't offer it until I asked for dept head of hotel and wanted a meeting with him. He was busy and never spoke to him but was given he would call you after 4pm. I was offered this vacant room by a letter delievered to my room. Had to move all my stuff half way through the cruise and miss out on activites and sight seeing due to constantly running back and forth to guest services desk and room change.  It was suppose to be relaxing and enjoyable. It wasn't. I was stressed, miserable, gratituded too death and always told one thing and speak to someone else and they give you a different answer. Food Service was great first 3 days but then the staff gets moody and they cut off you getting it anytime. And fighting lines to buffet or specials they have for the day or if it rains no seating at all if you go at 9am. Service was terrible last 2 days of trip because they know it's almost over pleasing you and they lack friendliness and treat you like they are miserable. No smiles or greetings. I have been on several cruises and this was the worse one. Never again will I book a NCL.

Ok, thanks for explaining. I wish we had pics of every single stateroom so people know what they are getting! If you have any pics of this stateroom, it would benefit the rest of the community on this site. http://cruiseline.com/photos

No it was two beds put together to make a queen , one bed on the wall, a bunk, and one bed is like on a cot that pulls out from under the two beds put together and it goes either between and separate the queen bed which is a waste of putting them together or it goes at foot of the bed so you have to crawl over them to go to bathroom or it's walk to wall bed if you put it up next to you on side. Not a room you want to be in if you have 4 people. It's a joke. Not worth paying for extra people in your room. They knew it and offered us two rooms but we would have to separate one adult per room with a child.

Sorry you didn't enjoy your cruise. I am curious about the cabin you were assigned. Do you have any pictures of your stateroom? What was the setup like - one large bed and a couch?
