We have sailed on Norwegian and many others. The Jade was probably the worst ship we have sailed on. Cabin was not what I would call a suite.

Poor cabin steward. Room was not cleaned each day. Leaky faucet in sink never fixed. Poor sink drainage

Sorry you were not pleased. We have had a balcony stateroom on the Jade and it was fine.
