Review summary

The prep work (forms and COVID relatated documentation ) was overwhelming. Neither or NCL was that helpful. Once the cruise was over NCL was done with me as a customer. I requested an explanation of credit card charges and NCL would not simply tell me what the charges were for. I was not contesting the charges but just want to know what they were. NCL NEVER explained the charges and discontinued any communication with me. VERY Disappointed with this experience in the worst of customer service help!

Reggie did and an outstanding job of cleaning our room twice a day. His attention to detail was great. Such a wonderful person to work with!!!

We've sailed with NCL for 30 cruises, always received a print out of charges the last night of cruise. Also they have been willing to print out charges throughout the cruise. We always keep receipts to double check also. The covid documentation is required for all cruises and not the fault of NCL.
