I am not sure that I would do this cruise again but overall, it was what I expected.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Pretty smooth and into the cabin quickly. However, having to argue the first night over a package that was supposed to be included was very frustrating. Actually had to "argue" for four days - not good.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Ship's main dining rooms - Grand Pacific - almost got "nailed" by a server who didn't know how to open a bottle of champagne - cork almost hit me - wouldn't have been good. Food choices in the dining rooms were just "so so". Don't have the exact same menu in the dining rooms. Also, need to have more restaurants open while at port - same menu at O'Sheehans everyday - not a good thing.
Onboard Activities

Entertainment
3 out of 5
Ship's stage shows were mediocre - they seemed to be out of sync - only liked the country show and the aerial show. Los Blondes seem to be "lost" after a few days - didn't really seem to care that about their performances. Dave McHugh - was very entertaining and we started going to his shows versus Los Blondes. The D'Soul - not good - has a very limited music range.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Cindy - at Customer Service - Awesome! Diego - room steward - did a very nice job. Spinnakers wait staff - superb. Cagneys - wait staff - very good.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Very good layout/design.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
I wish it was a little bigger and a better chair at the desk as well as a few more outlets - but overall very good.
Thank you for your thorough review. I like a review that has the good and the bad included. I do have a question though. . . What does “Snow in the med” relate to? In your comment about Crete.
