We have been on several cruises, and this Norwegian trip was the worst we have ever had. Even the coffee was bad.

We couldn't enjoy the library because people were smoking in it which bothered my wife's asthma.

Entertainment

Sound was bad in the theater. We left shows early because you could not tell what the singers were saying.

Service and Staff

Our room steward could not speak English very well, so many of our requests went unfulfilled because he didn't understand what we were requesting. We finally gave up asking and tried to get along on our own.

The ship's layout was similar to others on which we have sailed.

The room was much smaller than other ships on which we have sailed. There were no chairs in the room.

Ship tip

My advice would be to use another cruise company. We have sailed on Princess, Carnival and Royal Caribbean and they all have been much better than Norwegian.
