Review summary

The Panama Canal Cruise was expensive and one we saved up for. We planned ahead for everything including shore excursions and dining packages. Upon boarding ship to find no excursion tickets in room started the first of our first our frustrations, followed by no reservations at our specialty dining. NCL was non apologetic and difficult to work with placing the blame on . I have waited this long to reply to this survey as I have still been trying to have this situation resolved. My personal cruise associate has been great in attempting to get to the bottom of this situation with no success thus far.

The Specialty Restaurants were excellent. My rating is based on my dining reservations that were made with NCL prior to departure. We paid extra for our drink/dining package. All of our reservations had been canceled one day prior to our departure for some unknown reason of which I tried get to the reason. Ultimately getting dining reservations once on board was very difficult as reservations were filled up. We only were able to secure 3 of the 4 specially dining reservations that we had paid for. Working with customer service were not helpful and no compensation was offered.

This refers to the Shore Excursions desk . As stated above our dining package had been canceled by ”someone “. The same thing happened to shore excursions. Thus attempting to secure excursions to as frustrating. Ultimately we were not able get all requested excursions. The shore excursions desk were difficult to work with and no compensation was offered. NCL put the blame on and I was call them. I was on board at the time!! Impossible!

This is the excursion which was reserved prior to boarding and was cancelled by “someone “ prior to our boarding. We were unable to re book this excursion as unavailable. Harvest Cayenne was made Dee n and artificial. We are always looking for a cultural experience not a resort experience to be found anywhere.

Boy, I hope my trip is better. Did you have a print out of what you had signed up for? I have already bokked and paid for several excursions for my april of 2019 cruise. Had you paid ahead for all of them? We have a 4 night dining perk. Hope you were able to resolve all. We had a good experience pn our other ncl trip.

I didn't have good experience with Norwegian either only did one never again
