Overall a very nice ship. Good ports, not too many days at sea, excellent attentive staff and a good value for the money. The ship did show some signs of wear and tear and some parts of the ship could definitely be upgraded, but the staff made up for the negatives with their cheerful attitude and excellent customer service. The menus in the restaurant were just OK, nothing fancy. Was a little disappointed to not see any lobster in the main dining room and also we had a pay an additional fee on top of the additional fee to enjoy it at the French Restaurant. Aside from that, the food was pretty good.

The main dining room was beautiful. The secondary dining room, not so nice. Food was ok to very good. I would not rave over anything we ate.

Service and Staff

Richie, our room housekeeper, was the best. Always came back to a clean room and he was a pleasure to converse with. Jackie, Jackie who runs the coffee cart in the buffet is one of your greatest staff members. He is very outgoing and animated. I loved to watch him work. He always has a big smile on his face. He should be promoted to a position where you could better utilize his outgoing, jolly demeaner. (entertainment/host). Deserves a huge raise for his enthusiasm!!! Also kudos to the staff in the main dining room who change the tablecloths after a person gets up. We counted and it takes them less than 30 seconds to change out a table after a person stands up. Kudos to them for great work!

Some of the tables in the buffet and lounges were constantly sticky and made me search for a clean place to sit down and enjoy my food/drinks.

I like to rooms towards the front or the back of the ship. Not too much hallway noise. Next time we will definitely book a veranda room. Missed seeing the sun while cooped up in the room.
