Review summary

The employees and staff are the most untrained and uninformative individuals that we have encountered with Norwegian. The food was very bland and tasteless and food servers are lacking in orientation training. I believe it is a lack of management problem. Poor management

our room attendent was really self confident and did a great job. Other staff on the ship want to be very helpful but in some instances are lacking in training and infomation about the vessel.
