The only excellent meal we had was at Teppanyaki. Cagney's steakhouse ($25 surcharge) was good, nothing more. Rack of lamb at Le Bistro ($20 cover) was literally inedible and getting the cover charge removed was very difficult.

Entertainment

Average. Ships onboard entertainers sang and danced well, but shows were variations on a theme. Outside performers had limited appeal - aerialists and Flamenco dancers.

I had a mini-suite. Very comfortable. Broadcast TV was extremely limited - CNN and movies that ran at odd times and didn't change all week! No DVD available.

I took the Ultimate Rome tour - expensive ($400 pp), but it was very well done. Two guides took us to the front of looooooong lines at The Vatican, the Colosseum, St. Peter's Basilica, so I saw them all in a day. That would have been impossible otherwise.
