Book special dining ahead of time. We did not make it to Cagney’s Steak House or Ocean Blue because they were completely booked the whole cruise. This was our first Norwegian cruise and thought we could get in to eat here. NOPE!!

If then are tendering on a port of call, schedule this early. I didn't realize they needed scheduled. I happened to be an early riser, and noticed it on an interactive screen. By early morning three tender boats where already full.

I thought January was supposed to still be warm and sunny, but not always on our cruise. But the ship handled the rough waters quite well when they happened.

Tip early not in the end to get even better service tip the stewart, find your favorite bar give him a 20 and eat h how you are the VIP over the other cruisers

Beautiful ship with so much to see and do. Take advantage of all of the activities and dining options. Pay close attention to the “freestyle daily” which is the daily newsletter with the schedule of events and do everything you can! Book show reservations early and if your port has tender boats, book those early too!!

COVID requirements TIP! Do as MUCH AS YOU CAN AT HOME ON YOUR COMPUTER to study various requirements. Since we traveled ORD to ZRH to ATH, there were forms for Switzerland, Greece, & the EU that I could at least start or complete at home. Made the various entries much easier. Also suggest providing as much info to your airline as possible (covid vac, passport, etc) before you go. Relax, don't complain about items that NCL has no control over, and ENJOY the cruise!
