Be very careful with cleanliness. My husband and I returned on Sunday not feeling well. Went to a walk in clinic the next day and we both were tested positive for the flu.

Mid-deck 6, 7 & 8 pick up the tobacco odor from the casino. That whole casino area smells like a dirty ash tray.

Don't! Which isn't fair to the crew and staff who were marvelous. The ship is the issue. The staff shouldn't have to suffer this ship's shortcoimings.

book with another cruise line. This was absolutely the worst cruise I have ever gone on and I have gone on a lot. First time with Norwegian and sadly my last.

the only real adult area is deck 16 aft, H2O only has 6 umbrellas for 300 chairs! get there by 7:30 to get one or you will roast!! there is no shade! The only pool on the ship is tiny!! Very noisy, so good luck try to swim or rest.

The only big disappointment with Norweigian was the excursions which were over priced for what you got. They were commercialized and Inpersonal. Book excursions with other companies in small groups you will get much better service. We experienced a huge difference.

If you are handicapped rent a scooter. Shuttles stopped running on Harvest Caye when it started to rain. Couldn't get off ship in Costa Maya next day because legs hurt too much from walking previous day. Sat 45 min at terminal waiting for wheelchair to get on ship with FOUR attendants with wheelchairs sitting 20 ft away doing nothing but talking. All of a sudden they all got up and took us onto ship. No explanation given. This was in special needs area.

This ship is ginormous. Be prepared to get in a lot of walking!

If you like Margaritas, hit the Margaritiville bar. Good bartender and great drinks. The balconies are a little smaller than other ships, and the storage not as much, but we made do and had a great time.
