A cash tip of $1.00 in the busier bars seems to get you a drink MUCH faster!! Also, make sure you make reservations for the shows and be sure to go to the front of the line when you do, (we almost missed a show not knowing this and waiting in the standby line).

Both the Taste and Savor were excellent dinning options except for the charge for 2 or 3 items. Didn't understand that in a complimentary dinning room.

Go for the Norwegian Cruise because you can dress and eat the way you like.

We had the unlimited beverage and dining package. (Note that with the dining package, you only get free dining at the specialty restaurants three times, its not "unlimited"). We went to Moderno's & Le Bistro and LOVED the food. La Cucina was not great, it didn't taste Italian and it was too salty.

Taste and Savor was very good service great, but did get food poison from one of those restaurants.

If you want a lounge chair outside when at sea, get out early and put your towel on the chair.

Setting up excursions off the boat (with the locals) is much more economical and the excursions are identical to what the boat offers.
