We had two unacceptable experiences in Taste/Savor so we didn't ever go back there. We ate dinner in Manhattan. I don't think you ever did fish well. It was always breaded and mushy. There were not enough different choices on the menu. It seemed like the same food was offered every night (and I'm not talking about the set menu where the same entrees are offered every night. I was not happy about the food choices on this cruise.

Onboard Activities

My favorite thing on every cruise is Bingo but the time you offered Bingo was not something I could attend. 8:45 is too late for Bingo since we were in a different port each day and therefore, I needed more down time and couldn't stay up until 10 pm to play Bingo. I was exhausted having been in the sun and hiking uphill most of the day and needed sleep to do it all again the next day.

I attended most of the 7/7:30 pm shows. They were all very good.

Service and Staff

I did get some eye-rolls from some of the dining waitstaff. Our cabin steward was very nice and personable.

I was happy enough with the areas of the ship as far as design.

We had electrical issues twice on this cruise, necessitating a maintenance person to come into the cabin to fix the problem.

Ship tip

I'm sure each cruise line has pros and cons and Norwegian is probably as good as any other. If you don't care about the food quality, then I would recommend Norwegian.

We had transportation and a flight in the morning booked by Norwegian so we were able to get off first and get our luggage before it had been rifled through

A lot of headaches with changes ongoing but it was a great trip.
