We had a great family cruise. Staff were awesome. Good entertainment and lots of relaxation. Every staff member was helpful. Our room attendant Maria was top notch and the best food we have had to date. Kids club was friendly and easy to use. Great ports.

Food was great on this cruise. Best we have had to date. Service was top notch. Buffet was consistently satisfactory for random breakfast and lunches. We ate at main dining room for a few breakfasts and they were solid. Leveraged buffet, O Sheahan and American Diner for lunch. All were good but American Diner had slo2 service. We ate at MDR for 6 diners and they were all great. 2 Speciality Restaurants were Moderno and Le Bistro and they were both top notch. This was our 7th NCL cruise and we noticed they did not have as many prime cuts of meat or elegant fish dishes but the preparation and taste was the best.
Onboard Activities

Overall good. Lots of atrium shows our kids loved the water slides and mini kids splash pad.
Entertainment

Burn the Floor was cool. Our daughters loved the magician and Million Dollar Quartet. Lots to do all the time. You'd have to go out of your way to be board on this cruise.

Kids went to the kids club every day. Staff were great. Easy queues through the app. We always had a spot even when late logging in. Kids always came our with a smile.
Service and Staff

Cabin attendant was great. Wait staff were top notch outside of American Diner who always seemed spread thin. Never had an issue getting a drink. Lines at guest services always moved fast. Our TV didn't work for the first 2 days but they got it sorted.
Ship Quality

Love the Breakaway class and the waterfront. ATRIUM could be bigger but everything else was good. Ship was so clean. Staff were on top of everything

This was the mess of the cruise and it ie everything on NCL. what can I say other than have patience as this is a cluster disaster. We were also late getting back to port so NCL refunded money as we missed a flight and had to rent a car.
