I was very disappointed in this cruise. NCL very definitely has a class system going and if you aren’t high up in their latitude program or in the Haven, you are just herded around. I will say that the shore excursions were good. The food was fine to good, staff seemed overwhelmed, and the ship is poorly designed. I would not choose NCL again.

We thought it would be easy as we got right through security and got our boarding passes, BUT due to the class system that NCL uses, we waited over 45 minutes after they started boarding and had to go and ask when we might be let on the

Food in the specialty restaurants was pretty good. And the main dining rooms food was good. Dealing with the reservation system was very stressful.

Most staff seemed to be trying but were severely understaffed. Some were close to unfriendly, but I think they were just overworked. Our cabin steward was nice and friendly but she had 22 cabins to clean all by herself.

This ship is very poorly designed. The cabin hallways were extremely tight, the main public seating areas are very cramped and VERY crowded. The casino smoke was awful and the smoke was all over the middle of the ship!! It seemed as if they tried to pack WAy too many passengers in cabins for the amount of pubic space available.

I cannot recommend sailing on this ship. It is the only cruise I have ever wanted to leave.
