Review summary

Overall the cruise ship was a decent size there was plenty of activities decent restaurants and lounges. the problem is that there were many complications for example the stabilizers were not working Properly everyone was complaining about the ships rocking as well as The smell of diesel smoke. It was very overwhelming i never seen anything like it before. i did not get to spend alot of time by the pools on the 15th or 16th deck due to it. Also Our itinerary changed and we weren't even able to go to the redirected stop which was a real let down. Other than that the food was decent the entertainment was Good the staff was pretty awesome I just wish it was different this was my 1st time on this cruise line And was hoping for an overall better experience.

Staff was pretty decent A few things could have been better about the ship other then that. Our room keeper mark was fantastic he really did a great job cleaning I made sure to tip him extra as he went the extra mile for us.

The main problem was we Kept smelling smoke. diesel fumes I believe. It was very apparent you could see it From the top of the ship it was black smoke that traveled thru the ship

Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic Did not visit port

We were originally supposed to go to puerto plata But for some reason they changed the itinerary and we did not end up going there. So they redirected us to The cruise line's private island unfortunately and disappointingly we did not make it there either as they said weather conditions were too bad So it was a real let down as we made plans for this this port

I was disappointed with the trip because my room was switched from a suite with a balcony/ access to spa. The room they gave me had no balcony and no access to the spa. I asked if I would be credited the difference and they told me no.
