Review summary
We have been on a large number of cruises (30+) with many different cruise lines and this was the worst cruise we have ever been on. We are NCL Platinum and have always enjoyed NCL ships, however due to the many negative experiences we had on this cruise, we will not be sailing on NCL again. Pros • Food was above average in both quality and selection • Staff attitude was excellent – other than overworked staff at bars • Ship was kept very clean. Cons • Very limited dance opportunities – none of public areas have any area or space to dance. Only dance area was a small area in dining room with very limited dance opportunities. • The onboard musical entertainment was well below average. Not enjoyable to listen to at all. • Very inadequate staffing in main bars (pool, atrium, etc.) during prime time. Extremely poor staffing levels caused very long wait times and the overworked staff did not enjoy their hard working conditions and it was apparent from their attitudes.Embarkation
