While it was still great to be on a ship, on and island and with the people I love the most, this was the worst ship experience I ever had. I talked to many other repeat cruisers who felt the same way. I do not recommend this ship to anyone.

Sarcastic rude and indifferent. Simply going through the motions with no passenger interaction. I met one happy staff member I liked. His name was Patrick from Kenya and he was getting to go home to his family post cruise having been away for 10 months.

It felt closed in and crowded everywhere and very hard to navigate. It was also not maintained well at all. I'm not sure if I'll ever do another NCL trip but I'll for sure never get on this ship again.

Don't do it. Plain and simple. I've got nothing to complain about on my 8 other cruises. This was a 10000 dollar family trip and the biggest disappointment and waste of money.
Captain cancelled the port due to wind. While I understand and appreciate safety I'm not sure why no apparent attempt was made to go anywhere else. Instead it was 3 sea days home. Our last trip we dodged Dorian and changed our itenerary 3 times. A couple of ports were changed or missed but the captain always found somewhere to go and didn't even know a hurricane was anywhere around. It did smack the Bahamas the day after we left.
Take my review however you wish. I've been on 9 cruises with no complaints until this trip. The ship sucked and so did the service. Since I paid for the whole family I expected so much more for my 10000. Hoping to share my experience so nobody else feels the same way. Happy cruising to all but I will not sail Norwegian again.
Do not listen to this review, this is clearly written by someone who complains to hear themselves talk! This an incredible ship and even when it is a sold out cruise, you do not feel overcrowded. The food is NOT the same every night. Buffet has different themes every single night, even on longer cruises. The ship isn't crowded and activities aren't squished like this person made it seem in their words. For so much hate, there are no specific examples provided. Again, seems like this person just likes to complain.
Wow, what a pessimistic and subjective review. Totally different than the previous reviewer for this same ship, who did have some disappointment but couldn’t remember them because he allowed the overall cruise experience to help overcome and forget those negative things. For such strong negative feelings on THIS review, not many details/examples are given.
I think you and I were on different versions of the same ship. The ship was completely renovated last year, and was impeccable when I went last August in the Baltics. I had an amazing time. Sorry you didn’t enjoy it. I thought the food was really good.
