Overall this cruise was exactly what my husband and I were looking for in a vacation. We can't wait until our next NCL cruise!
Embarkation

Getting on the ship was super easy! We used the NCL shuttle service from the Ft. Lauderdale airport and it was super easy and no waiting in any lines!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

We went to 4 specialty restaurants: Wasabi (Sushi), La Cucina (Italian), Ocean Blue (Seafood) and La Bistro (French). All were amazing! We had the 3 free specialty dining package. Next time we will make it to Cagneys! We also had dinner at Tropicana. It was very good and complimentary. We never made it to Taste or Savor as we loved the specialty restaurants so much. The Garden Cafe for breakfast and lunch was good, but we got tired of the same offerings after a few days. O'Sheehan's was mediocre at best. We had snacks there one night and wasn't very impressed. Drinks were great! We had the all inclusive alcohol package and it was worth it for us. Wine selection was great in the speciality restaurants and top shelf liquor was available every where.
Onboard Activities

We took a Ryde cycling class one day and used the fitness center 2 other times. Equipment was fine but a little old. We hung out in the adult pool most days and went down the water slides one afternoon - super fun!!!
Entertainment

Million Dollar Quartet - AMAZING!!! I want to see it again.
Comedians - super funny - saw them multiple times
Dueling Pianos were a lot of fun late night
Children's Programs
did not bring our kids
Service and Staff

Everyone on board was super friendly and did anything we asked. Bars were crowded at times and you had to wait for a drink, but not for long.

Everything on board was sparkling clean!
Cabin / Stateroom

It was perfect. I never felt like it was too small. Our belongings fit in the closet and space provided, luggage fit under the bed and the bathroom was surprisingly roomy.
Ship tip
Get the unlimited alcohol package if you like to drink! Otherwise be prepared to spend a lot of money!
Port was nice but did not do any excursions. We spent an hour or two wandering around the port, watched the dolphin show and had a local beer. It was entertaining.
Love Cozumel! Spent the day on our own touring the island in a rented jeep. Stopped at Paradise Beach - only $3 to get in and had yummy tacos and margaritas - cheap! We also went to the end of the islanf to the Rasta Freedom Bar - super cool place to hang out! But bring cash. No credit cards accepted.
Super easy! We got off the boat as soon as they announced we could. We chose the Self Assist option and were at the airport in Fort Lauderdale by 8:15 am! We decided to call an Uber rather than take the shuttle because we did not want to wait for the shuttle to leave at 8:30 or 9:00.
