We had a very large group of friends on this trip and we all had a blast. Loved the ship and the itinerary. We got lucky with The Vibe.

Did not enjoy Margaritaville for lunch. Service was horribly slow. Main dining rooms were great. Brazillian steakhouse and Japanese was just ok. Love Norwegians buffet for breakfast and lunch.

Our entire group was very lucky to get Vibe passes. They only have a select number of passes available. This private area has it's own bar, hot tub and loungers. Makes it hard to explore any other part of the ship because you're treated so well!

The Getaway is a gorgeous ship. Color scheme is beautiful. Layout is great.

Balcony room. No complaints. I hate that Norwegian won't open the balcony dividers while the ship is in motion.
We did a zipline and animal encounter excursion through Victor Bodden Tours. Highly recommended! The zip lining was incredible and holding a sloth was great. Our driver and tour guide extraordinaire was Kelvin. He took us wherever we wanted to explore and made sure we made it back to the ship on time.
Lots of chairs if you want a beach day. Pool looked nice but it was a little crowded. Food and drink was expensive. We opted to go back to the boat after spending a little time on the island.
We did the Mayan Ruins. Love the history. Tour guides were informative. Little bit of a drive to get there, but the bus was air conditioned and we took naps on the way back. Area in the port is nice.
We were on the Getaway in 2014 when it was new. Had a great time. They had normal dining then, not what it’s like now. O’Sheehans was not free then either so didn’t get to try it. Heard the wings are really good.
