First cruise with Norwegian. Love it and trying to find our cruise line. Norwegian is running up front between the big three.

Bars were busy but bartenders were moving as fast as humanly possible with still be friendly for as busy as they were. We got into vibe which I highly suggest. Fernando and the other bartenders up there were absolutely amazing and friendly as they come.
Onboard Activities

Did all the water slides. Was in the pool which surprised me it was actually a deep pool with a nice area to sit and soak your legs. Would be five stars if the pool area was not so crowded. Did not do rock climbing wall but everytime I went by it, seemed to be running very well l.
Entertainment

Did not do shows. Did go to comedy show and it was okay. Dueling pianos was amazing and a must do. Staff was talented and made it fun for all ages.

Staff worked hard in every aspect throughout the cruise. First day was a little rough but we understood the turn over and it got much better as the day went on.
Ship Quality

Ship was absolutely beautiful. Design was slightly confusing. We figured it out and got use to it after a day of exploring.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was clean. Balcony was a little small but we made it work and sat and looked at each other. Did something alot of people dont do and talked looking at each other. I am 6'3 and was not mad at it. Bed was comfortable and pillows were great.
Ship tip
Go into with a open mind and dont judge everyone by one person. Get out and explore the boat to figure out the layout.
Did the Mayan ruins. Bus ride was little long but we took naps and enjoyed the air conditioning and water. Bus was nice and large. Shops are all the same at most ports. Dont eat the corn at the foot cart. Put our friend down for the next day.
Went to mr. Sanchos. Port was a little confusing to get to transportation. Lots to do. Was nine boats in dock so was extremely busy. Love mr. Sanchos and would go back for third time in a heartbeat.
Did a hop on hop off tour of Miami and they took us and our luggage to airport. We could have walked off boat with no wait. No one out of 17 of us complained about getting off boat.
