NIce ship, bad attitude of staff and crew, poor food and drink quality. Norwegian needs to adjust their compass and realize their customers needs are not just first time cruisers

Embarkation appeared smooth. They boarded the ship in groups similar to boarding an airplane.

The food was below par. The impression I got was that for seasoned cruisers like us, they wanted passengers to purchase the dining packages. The buffet was chaotic to say the least. The food was not appealing nor was it kept organized.
Atrium Bar

The drinks were in a premix such as the long island ice tea. In a premix the alcohol is never correct as it sits and combines for a long period of time, as in any chemistry if you leave things sit they dilute and they continue to reach resulting in a less than optimum expected out come. Again with the unlimited drink package they think they are getting drinks out faster however the quality is poor In addition the attitude of all of the bar tenders and most servers in the dining venues except the specialty venues were poor and unenthusiastic.
Onboard Activities

I used the outdoor track and in most cases had to dodge people standing and not paying attention as the track is not on a sports deck but right by Margaritiville and there are deck chairs lining the sides.
Entertainment

We saw the Circus Steam and Dreams, Burn the floor and Million dollar quartet. The Circuq show was excellent as was the million dollar quartet. Burn the Floor could have been done in 20 minutes. The theater was hot and stuffy poor air circulation and air conditioning.

For a mini suite it was really not much bigger than a standard balcony cabin the bathroom was larger and the shower had the jets. The balcony it self was a joke 2 people could barely sit out there. Cabin steward never introduced him self although we did see him
It was ok, been there before some shops could not figure the exchange rates properly so we walked out. The excursion Speed Boats, Snorkel and Beach was fair. The boats were ok, the entry into the water to snorkel from the boats was ok as I am a seasoned diver and did a backward roll off the gunwale. The re-entry on to the boat was hazardous as the boats are not made to be reboarded in this fashion using a dive ladder attached to the gunwale and the guide had to counter balance to prevent the boat from capsizing. In addition they had people holding on to the side of the boat until they came with the ladder hence the water was a bit choppy with a south current. Very dangerous from a dive instructors perspective.
Like the military hurry up and wait. We physically got off the ship with out issue but had to wait in the terminal for a good 20 minutes until we were allowed to go to baggage claim.
