Well to start to my surprise the boat was a beauty no issue with the boat, the staff on the other hand I believe could have been more welcoming for the amount of money that I paid. I went on this cruise line for the first time I have sailed before with other ships so this was my first with NCL. On this ship you have to pay for everything while your on the boat activities that I felt should have been included with what I had already paid for, so this left me and my daughter feeling left out because we could not do everything due to the price of everything and it adds up. The staff like I said were not welcoming at all, when it came time to get off the boat I was escorted to the side and was not told why, when I asked why the man explained that something was wrong with my card. he brought me to another woman who then took my card and she told me that I had an outstanding balance. Now I went to gust services the night before to finalize my bill and I was told that everything was good that my card will be charged. The only thing that the woman heard was that I had a card she then picked up the phone and called someone and basically told them to run my card, I told the wait can you let me at lest explain what happened last night she said nothing to me, paid me no attention; My daughter then edged up to look at the laptop that the woman was using and she told my daughter that she could not look at the computer as it was classified information, I then said is it my information and the woman said yes, then I pointed out a WOMAN STANDING BEHIND HER and said well she is a passenger and she is able to look at MY classified information, however my daughter is NOT!, the woman said nothing she pretended that she did not hear me, So I said it louder and when another crew member came she then told the woman to move from looking at the computer. I was very upset then she gave me a receipt and said that I was clear to get off. When I got home I was charged my final bill twice! because the woman did not listen to what I had to say but just charged me it twice. So So SOOOOOO unhappy with the way that I was treated on the NCL boat. The Woman name is Angelica Ada. I told all my family and friends how I was treated on this boat. NCL will never see my money or family again.

Not all the dinning rooms should have a charge to it. I felt that everything had a charge.
