Best cruise ever

Sail Date: June 14, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Balcony

This cruise was a celebration of my brother's 20th anniversary.  From the first minute we stepped into the terminal to check in to the last minute when we stepped off the ship, the entire experience was on that was incredible.  Food and staff were excellent.  Activities were phenomenal.  We went to Howl at the Moon 4 times that week. There was room for onboard activities at all times.  Just simply cannot find fault with anything.  It was my 82 year old mom's first cruise and she is ready to go again.

Ship Quality
Beautiful faciilties, uber clean
Food and Dining
Gained way too much weight that week
Service and Staff
Our steward Eric was phenomenal as well as all other staff we encountered.
Entertainment
Saw Burn the floor, Levity, Legally Blonde and Howl at Moon. All were great.
Children's Programs No children with us so cannot comment
Onboard Activities
Plenty to do everyday and every night.
Destinations and Excursions
Would not go back into St Martin to shop. Beach was nice but you are practically attacked by people wanting you to come into their stores. Did not encounter that at St. Thomas or Nassau.
Cabin / Stateroom
Eric couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful/
Miami, Florida
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
Ok to go to the beach, but avoid shopping.
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Short taxi or walk to downtown from cruise ship. Really enjoyed the sights. Shopkeepers left you alone when you told them you weren't shopping.
Nassau, Bahamas

Tip

Take advantage of all entertainment.
