In general small , but very nice and clean ship. Kids outside activities like soccer, or something outside should be better.

Wouldn't hesitate to take this cruise. Always a good time. This was my 6th time and every time is just as good as the next. Highly recommend.

Great Cruise, enjoyed every minute but I love cruising... Some things could have gone better like the paint smell in our cabin. I understand that they need to do upkeep but unfortunately it was outside our Penthouse Suite...

So glad we booked this cruise through BJ's! The process was easy with great results! We enjoyed every minute of this cruise and we are looking forward to going again. It's great cruising out of Boston. No planes or trains to take to get to Black Falcon Pier!

My wife and I have cruised for nearly 25 years and cruised on Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, and now Norwegian. I work in guest relations for a major international hotel chain and I know a thing or two about providing an excellent travel experience. Norwegian does some things well at the expense of other things. Entertainment and live music were among the best of any cruise line. The food is acceptable in variety and quality. The personal pampering that should be the foundation of any cruise is in need of major attention and improvement.

This was an amazing trip. I played activities that I normally wouldn't and saw sights that I never did before. The ship was easy to get around and there was something for all ages!!

It sucked. The people were horrific that were on it and the ship smells like sewage and the food sucks. The end.

This was a family cruise for 19 people. We had a great time, no issues. The food and entertainment was great. We'd definitely do it again!

I have cruised on other cruise lines. Unfortunately, I have no desire to go with Norwegian in the future. I do not understand how people are allowed to put towels on the chairs and never return to them. We waited 2 hours for a chair by the pool! We asked if we could use the ones that were strapped together but we were not allowed to take them down.You do not have enough chairs to accommodate all the people on board.

It was a great experience overall with my family as our first cruise. we will definitely consider other ships to compare. All of the hidden charges that I had to find out on my own after booking was very unpleasant as a first time cruiser. Most of the waiters and housekeeping staff were superb. My son got sick and had reds bumps all over his body, we went to see a medic, which was very expensive and unfriendly.

As you go on more cruises with NCL, your membership increases to different levels. Once Platinum is reached, we believe there should be a better discount from the Tradewinds area.

Overall a good getaway, I personally wasn't interested in too many of the ships activities but everything else was great!

first time sailing from Boston and found it easy to get on and off the ship. Weather could have beed better but there was plenty of thing to do.

Overall this cruise was a great experience! I would cruise to Bermuda on the Norwegian Gem. Downloading the app to be able to explore the ship and the activities before embarkation was very useful!

See above. I feel that McLean gave us what was promised... newly updated boat. Friendly and uplifting staff. Well organized. Area of improvement... add water to bev pkg. other issues related to cabin was travel agent error and lack of concern in that issue.

ncl offers a good value for the money. the sail away option is a smart way to get onboard for a very good price. the ship handles the number of passengers well and outside of the disembarkation process there is very little waiting in line. the crew/staff is attentive, the rooms adequate, the food options very good and the experience good overall. its not a viking or crystal cruise line but it gives you good value for your money and offers families a chance to enjoy a cruise experience without breaking the bank.

Overall a very good experience with call outs above. Other inputs would be for the Norwegian app: link the agenda items to a description page and add the weather report.

I really enjoyed everything about the cruise. The staff was outstanding, the entertainment was aboveboard.
