Review summary

I guess cruising has changed post Covid. The food wasn’t as good not good at all really. Specially dining we did at Moderno was ok the meat was delicious, but the sides we bland and tasteless. We had issues we brought to customer service and were treated terribly thinking about trying a different cruise line for next year

We met the coolest people!!! Drinks were fast and plentiful. This is a smoking bar so if you don’t smoke don’t go and complain later. Say hi to Joel!! Best server on the ship

If you read other reviews, you see it's a consistent complaint for all (ALL) the mainstream lines. Just know it's actually better than what was being served immediately after the restart

Sorry you were not pleased. Yes, cruising has changed since covid. We were on another cruise line recently, and the food was bland. We have not experienced it on ncl.
