Review summary

We took the chance of cruising during the virus. We were looking forward to visiting all 5 ports especially Tortola. We didn't think that we would only visit one. The captain did his best to stay in warm waters for a few days to help us to be able to take advantage of the pool. NCL was very generous to the passengers who were disappointed with the lack of visiting the ports we had paid to visit. Thank you for making a bad situation better.

Could have been better. We had to wait 45 minutes for wheelchair assistance even after letting the concierge that we were going to be at the Stardust at 8:15 a.m. We were disappointed with Suzana's assistance all cruise long.
